Welcome to Boston View! We want everyone to have a great experience here, so we've put together some simple house rules. Please take a moment to read them and follow them while you're here.
Respect Privacy: Give others their space. Try not to interrupt others when they're working or using shared areas.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your area and shared spaces tidy. Throw away trash properly and clean up after yourself in places like the pantry or meeting rooms.
Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum, especially in shared workspaces. Use headphones for calls or listening to audio, and book meeting rooms for discussions.
Shared Resources: Use shared items like printers and supplies responsibly. Let the staff know if something isn't working.
Community Events: Join in community events respectfully. Be positive and supportive when engaging with other members.
Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines. In case of emergency, listen to the staff's instructions.
Non-Discrimination: Treat everyone with respect, no matter their background, gender, race, or beliefs. Discrimination or harassment is not allowed.
Property Respect: Respect the coworking space and other people's property. Don't use or move things that aren't yours without asking.
Staff Respect: Treat the staff with respect. They're here to help you, but remember they're not your personal assistants or cleaners.
No Smoking: To ensure everyone's comfort, smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is not allowed indoors. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so you can stay cool without lighting up. Please use the designated smoking areas outside.
Feedback: Let the staff know if you have any suggestions or feedback. We're always looking to improve our space and services.
